VendorBoss LLC sells digital vendor directories and downloadable business resources. Because our products are digital and access is provided electronically after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or made available for download, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchased file, please contact VendorBoss for assistance. Verified duplicate purchases, incorrect file delivery, or other order issues may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

VendorBoss provides vendor and supplier information as a sourcing and research resource. Vendor information, pricing, inventory, minimum order quantities, shipping terms, policies, and contact information may change. VendorBoss does not guarantee supplier approval, product quality, authenticity, availability, profitability, sales, or business results. Customers are responsible for independently researching and verifying vendors before sending payment or placing orders.
